OUR RECRUITMENT PRACTICES
Our recruitment practices are made according to the features in our competence model. The suitability of our candidates for positions is evaluated through practices such as interviews and tests.
Our wage tiers are regularly reviewed in order to reflect current market trends and to evaluate the increasing performance of our staff. Considering market conditions and internal company balances, it is essential to apply equal wages for equal work. A (annual) wage policy consisting of 12 salaries per year is applied to our employees. Within the framework of determined company policies, wage increases are made once (1) a year in January, taking into account the market positioning and personal and team performance results.
Our performance evaluation system is a target and competency-oriented system that is implemented once a year and whose development is monitored throughout the year. The basis of our system is to ensure that our employees see their individual contributions in the creation and realization of our company's vision, mission and strategies, that the goals given to our employees coincide with the goals of our company, that our goals are realistic and based on mutual trust.
The career plan of our employees at our headquarters and stores is determined by supporting the performance evaluation system, the career plan structured for the relevant position and training development processes. During the performance evaluation process, which is conducted once a year, evaluations regarding the potential of the employee are also taken into consideration.
